How a campaign improves
Rehearse before anyone real arrives
Six invented customers go through your campaign one at a time: one answers everything, one dodges questions, one only wants a price, one misunderstands, one replies in another language, one gives one-word answers. Nothing is sent to anybody. You see which questions they struggled with.
Every finished conversation is graded
Coach measures answers collected, conversations completed and messages per lead, and lists the questions your leads skip most often.
Suggestions come with evidence
A rewording, added detail taken from your own documents, or a change in what you collect. Each suggestion shows the quotes from real conversations it was built on, and Coach only adds a fact when your documents already say it.
Tested live, kept only if it wins
Both versions run at the same time; leads see one or the other at random. The better one is kept. Coach never changes what your campaign collects without you making that change yourself.

- Conversations are still measured, so switching Coach on later starts with everything it already knows.
- Suggest changes
- Coach proposes; you press Try it or No thanks. A dismissed suggestion is never made again.
- Apply automatically
- Wording and added-detail tests start on their own. Structural changes always wait for you.
Permissions the assistant earns
- Read only, Draft, Build
- It can look, write things no customer sees, and build a whole campaign, but cannot start it.
- Launch
- Needs your permission and a track record: campaigns launched by hand without problems, plus a passed rehearsal.
- Operate
- Can change live campaigns and billing. Every change is logged; values are never stored, only which action was taken.
Questions people ask before switching Coach on
Does Coach change my campaign without asking?
Only in Apply automatically mode, and only wording or added detail. What your campaign asks for, and whether a question is required, is always your change to make.
How much data does it need before it suggests anything?
A weakness has to show up several times across different people before Coach suggests a change, so one lead having a bad day never rewrites your campaign. Until then the page tells you it is still gathering.
Does Rehearsal message anyone?
No. The six customers are invented and the conversation runs entirely inside Whappy. It costs you no WhatsApp fees and it counts toward letting the assistant start campaigns on its own.
