Only contacts with a tag you name, or every new contact. Tag rules send contacts to different campaigns.
Send results back
Turn on results and pick the fields and pipeline stages Whappy should update when a conversation ends.
What you get
GoHighLevel
- No duplicates
- Contacts are matched by their GoHighLevel id, so running a workflow again never creates a second lead.
- Calendars on the appointment step
- Your GoHighLevel calendars can be picked on the appointment step of a campaign.
- Results on the contact
- A note with the conversation, a result tag such as whappy-closed or whappy-no-reply, the answers you link in your own fields, and the deal moved if you choose a pipeline.
- One install for an agency
- Every sub-account that carries the app becomes a client account in Whappy on its own. There is nothing to activate by hand.
Questions
When does Whappy update the contact?
When a conversation ends, a person takes over, the lead opts out, or the lead stays silent for 24 hours.
Will Whappy touch my pipeline?
Only if you choose one. The default is Don't create or move deals, and then your pipeline is never touched.
Does the connection expire?
No. The Marketplace app renews the connection itself, and inbound webhooks are signed by GoHighLevel.
