Install the Whappy app on Zapier
Open Integrations, then Zapier, and click Get Whappy app on Zapier.
Paste your API key
One key covers both directions. It is separate from your Make key, so revoking one never stops the other.

Questions
Can I send data at a specific point of the conversation?
Yes. Add a Send data step to the campaign's funnel and pick the trigger name you set in Zapier.
Does Whappy write first on WhatsApp?
Yes. A lead from Zapier has a phone number and the campaign writes first on WhatsApp. With no WhatsApp number connected yet, the lead waits until one is.
Is there an alternative to Zapier?
