Does it sound like a bot?
It writes in your words, remembers what each person said, answers in their language and understands voice notes. There are no menus and no “press 1”. When it does not know something it says so and hands the chat to you. You write how it introduces itself, and we recommend saying it is an AI assistant for your business: disclosure is expected under EU rules.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. It works on your existing WhatsApp Business number, and your team keeps using the WhatsApp Business app on the same phone.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It tells the customer it will check and hands the chat to you, with the full history. You reply yourself, then hand it back whenever you want.
Can it reply to Instagram comments?
Not yet. Instagram DMs are open to every account. Comment replies are coming soon: they are in a pilot and will be announced when they are available to everyone.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Your data stays in the EU, every customer can opt out in the chat, and you own your number, your account and your conversations.
